Ingredients
Corn, oats, processed grain by-products, soybean meal, cane molasses, animal fat, vegetable oil, calcium carbonate, monocalcium phosphate, dicalcium phosphate, salt, vitamin A acetate, cholecalciferol (source of vitamin D3), vitamin E supplement, menadione dimethylpyrimidinol bisulfite (source of vitamin K activity), riboflavin supplement, niacin supplement, thiamin mononitrate, calcium phatothenate, vitamin B12 supplement, choline chloride, biotin, folic acid, calcium iodate, manganous oxide, manganese sulfate, ferrous sulfate, copper sulfate, cobalt carbonate, magnesium oxide, zinc sulfate, zinc oxide, potassium chloride, sodium selenite, ethoxyquin and BHT (preservative).
Feeding Directions
Feed at the rate of 1.4 pounds per 100 pounds of body weight per day. This will provide 22.7mg of decoquinate per 100 pounds of body weights. Feed for at least 28 days during periods of coccidiosis or when experience indicates that coccidiosis is likely to be a hazard.

Do not feed to cows producing milk for food
Caution
Do not use in feeds containing bentonite.
